Man Creates A PMS-Detecting Bracelet, Women Everywhere Roll Eyes

There are few gifts that speak as much about personal relationships as jewelry, but we're not sure what else this PMS-detecting bracelet says besides "Honey, I think you're a hormonal wreck, and you probably think I'm a doofus." U.K. inventor Kari Dorn is responsible for the menstrual-monitoring accessory (in case you wanted to know who to address the letters to), and came up with the idea for this gem while gabbing with his male compadres about their domestic problems. The bracelet is meant to respond to changes in body heat, and is meant to detect a supposed rise in temperature during menstruation (so basically, it's a large mood ring, and we know how accurate those things are). Dorn claims the bracelet is aimed to help couples understand each other better, but as far as we're concerned, anyone who has to rely on a wristband to decide how to behave around their partner should probably be looking toward someone more professional than Dorn for help.
