Photos from Rihanna's highly anticipated Vogue April 2011 photo shoot have hit the internet. Draped in ethereal gowns by Lanvin and Chloé, the pop starlet talks about her journey towards body acceptance.

In a behind the scenes video, she says, "For a woman to accept her body the way it is is almost impossible. The grass is always greener."

"...When it comes to my body, I'm very big on dressing according to my body type. I like things that accentuate the waist and make it little."
