Libyan prez entertained with celebs. Muammar Qaddafi is the Libyan ruler who's been urged this week by U.S. President Barack Obama to step down from office. Turns out Qaddafi's 40 years of reign have been marked with super-decadent parties, as stars like Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Usher and Nelly Furtado have performed for his family members.
