Who Wore Issa Better: Ashanti or Katy Perry?

Sexy singer Ashanti wowed on the red carpet back in 2010 wearing a one-shoulder, vibrant printed dress by Issa. Nelly's better half owned the look at the Princess Grace Awards Gala, rocking blonde highlights, bold earrings, dark nails and a few fancy rings.

Pop superstar Katy Perry also turned heads in a metallic printed dress at the 2nd Annual Change Begins Within benefit. The raven-haired beauty kept her look minimal, choosing sexy smoky eyes, bright pink lips and a simple silver bangle.

We think both sassy singers look incredible in Issa, but we want to know what you think. Who wore Issa better? Ashanti or Katy Perry?
